1.0 Rules and Regulations
- A Farmer can leave the platform at any time by requesting for a profile delete.
- An Expert can leave the platform at any time by requesting for a profile delete.
- KILIMO.BIZ offers connection between the Farmers and Agricultural Experts by giving out correspondence contacts with consent from both parties.
- You are NOT ALLOWED to put your contacts on your profile pitch or any other place apart from the designated field for phone number and email address. If you do not comply, your account will be suspended.
- Upon signup, the Expert agrees that KILIMO.BIZ can share all the information listed on the Expert Profile to potential farmers, within or without the platform, for the sole reason of getting consulting/training jobs for the expert.
- Upon signup, the Farmer agrees that KILIMO.BIZ can share all the information on the Farmer's profile, to the Experts within or without the platform, for the sole reason of getting the right expert to assist or train the farmer.
- An expert can only have one expert profile. If multi-skilled, then the expert can upgrade to the premium user Level.
- An expert do not have control of the rating done by the farmers.
- Farmers can list consulting/training projects and consequently award the projects to Experts through the platform. If a farmer awards a project to an expert, he shows interest, which does not constitute a contract.
- Farmer and Expert enter into a separate work contract based on their terms. A connection at KILIMO.BIZ does not constitute a hiring acceptance offer nor a job contract.
- Any disputes arising between the Expert and Farmer shall be handled through an agreed upon arbitrator. KILIMO.BIZ is not liable for any disputes that might happen between both parties
- KILIMO.BIZ does preliminary due deligence on Experts through a simple verification process. However, it is the responsibility of the farmer to do their own Know Your Expert (KYE) to verifiy their legitimacy.
- KILIMO.BIZ does due deligence to farmers to verify their authenticity. However its the responsibility of the Expert to conduct their KYC (Know Your Customer) to authenticate their legitimacy.
